DUBLIN GOES RED FOR CHINESE NEW YEAR
The Great Wall of China famously lights up green for St Patrick’s Day and, for Chinese New Year, Dublin City returns the favour!
We are delighted to confirm that, for the fifth year in a row, a number of buildings and sites across Dublin and Kildare will be lighting their facades in festive red to welcome The Year of the Rat.
Recognisable landmarks, including Dublin City Hall, Convention Centre Dublin, Smithfield Square, Kildare Village, The Westin Hotel and Guinness Storehouse will be among those lighting up red from the opening day of the festival through to Sunday 26th of January.
